A flush panel door door consists of two opposing plane faces (skins) that entirely cover and conceal its internal structure.
Common types of flush panel doors are Hollow Core (HC), Semi-Solid Core (SS) and Solid Core (SC) doors. The following are typical skin materials used across all the ranges: Primed MDF, Primed MR MDF, Raw Standard MDF and Paint Grade Ply.

Our Hollow Core flush panels, also referred to as lightweights or honeycomb core doors, are predominantly for interior usage.
The High Density EPS Polystyrene Solid Core further enhances thermal and acoustic insulation, as well as providing even greater impact resistance. The EPS core does all this while being cost effective, safer and easier to handle than traditional solid core doors.
There are four core material options for our solid core doors: HMR particleboard, Block Board, Flax & MR MDF. All have various benefits which can be chosen to suit the application.
Each core type is expertly crafted to cater to different usage requirements, with Hollow Core ideal for interior applications, Semi-Solid delivering enhanced insulation and impact resistance, and Solid Core available in four core materials to suit any application.
Aided by advanced machinery and CNC technology, we achieve precision and consistency in production. This capability extends to creating custom-shaped vision panels using various glass types, including the full Viridian Range. We strictly adhere to Australian Standards for fire-rated doors.
We offer optional Timber Edge Strips to protect the door faces, typically specified for plywood, timber veneer, or laminate doors. Our veneer and laminate doors, created in partnership with renowned brands, offer spectacular, unique design solutions.
Furthermore, we manufacture metal-clad doors designed for commercial and residential access points requiring additional security or protection. Various metal facing options and internal construction materials are available to cater to your specific needs.
Our capabilities also extend to creating vent grille cutouts for ventilation, rebated meeting stiles for a snug fit, and machining for different hardware requirements. We can prep for pivot doors, hinge preps, custom-made flush pulls, mortise locksets, concealed closers, rebating for kick plates, and more. Our state-of-the-art 5-axis CNC work gives us unprecedented abilities.
